last weekend we went to the subdued stringband jamboree and had a grand time. Jessa, Anna, and I volunteered and camped out to the toe-tappin', finger pickin' good tunes of talented local and not-so-local stringband musicians and campfire serenaders. Eliot found friends at the playground with the "big green one" slide. Rosa cooed, crawled and charmed us with her happy disposition. Who knew a fairground full of banjos could be so much fun?
